Amy is a dynamic and driven leader with over 25 years of commercial industry experience. She now dedicates time to her passion of coaching leaders across a broad spectrum of industries.
Amy spent nearly 20 years with Nestle Purina PetCare, where she led multiple strategic customer teams spanning the US with responsibility for over $1B in revenue. Amy’s passion around culture, talent engagement, and leadership acceleration matched her high energy and expertise in profitable sales & market share growth, financial planning & analysis, joint business planning & negotiation, and customer relationship management.
As an Executive Coach, Amy inspires leaders to untether from limiting beliefs, soar towards their dreams, and live a more fulfilled life. She provides a safe space for leaders to make transformational change through skillful questioning, careful listening, respectful challenging and ongoing encouragement. Her primary focus with clients is to close the gap between current performance and future potential.
Amy and her husband, TJ, live in Scottsdale, AZ, and love visiting their daughter, Allie, at Colorado Christian University, spending time with friends and family, hiking, and attending Christ’s Church of the Valley (CCV).
